ARS Therapy

Hello! I am so glad you are here. My name is Angela and I am a mental health therapist with a Masters in Social Work and a LSW license. I am currently in the process of obtaining my LCSW license. I provide services for children as young as 3 through adults. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, behavior issues and other mental health challenges.. I use a person-centered, strengths-based approach as I work with clients. I use evidence-based practices such as CBT, play therapy, sandtray therapy, mindfulness and others. I lean towards using an integrated combination of EBPs that suit each individual. Above all else the therapeutic relationship is the most important component in mental health treatment. I am honored that you are considering working with me as you move towards healing and wholeness.
